For guests flying to Bohol (Tagbilaran), please accomplish the travel requirements:

The City of Tagbilaran requires all arriving guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):

Travel Authority from the PNP JTF COVID Shield

Letter of Confirmation from the LGU of residence in Bohol

For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

Certificate of Confirmation from the receiving LGU

Appropriate identification as OFW and/or Certificate from Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)

Proof of residence

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):

Confirmed roundtrip flights

Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, conducted not more than seventy-two (72) hours before the flight arrival in Bohol

Certification of Confirmation from the receiving LGU

Proof of Occupation (i.e. PRC License, Official ID, Hospital ID, Certificate of Employment)

Certificate from Local Chief Executive of the LGU having jurisdiction over his/her residence

Medical Certificate from a certified physician

For Tourists:

Confirmed Hotel Booking – accommodation should be located in Panglao or Dauis, and should have a Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO) from the Department of Tourism (DOT) or the Ultimate Bohol Experience (UBE) Seal from the Provincial Government of Bohol

Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result from a DOH-accredited laboratory, conducted not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours before flight departure

Tourists staying more than five (5) days in Bohol must undergo a repeat RT-PCR (swab) test on the fifth day of their stay

All tourists must register through the Bohol Tourist Registration portal via https://tourism.bohol.gov.ph/ and save a digital or printed copy of the QR code, which will be scanned upon arrival at the Bohol-Panglao International Airport and upon entry and exit of establishments and sites.
